The Opportunity...
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Commercial Business Applications to lead the development, support, and optimization of core business systems that empower our Customer Organization, including Customer Success, Sales, Enablement, Professional Services, and Customer Experience. This role sits within the Business Technology Organization and serves as the critical bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned application solutions.
The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications including GainSight, Microsoft Dynamics, Docebo, Customer Portals, and Professional Services tools such as OpenAir and RocketLane.
What You'll Do...
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle management for commercial customer-facing business applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and other business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions.
- Lead a team of business systems analysts, administrators, and/or external partners in the delivery of application support, enhancements, and projects.
- Drive optimization and integration across tools including:
- Gainsight for Customer Success & health scoring
- Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and sales operations
- Docebo for learning management and customer enablement
- Customer Portals for support, onboarding, and engagement
- OpenAir / RocketLane for project delivery and resource management
- Establish and manage SLAs, governance, and intake processes for new enhancements and support issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance across all applications.
- Partner with IT architecture, data, and security teams to ensure scalable and secure application design.
- Lead vendor relationships, licensing, and renewals for supported applications.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to evolve the application ecosystem.
Who You Are...
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT or Business Systems, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing commercial or customer-facing applications.
- Strong experience with at least 3 of the following: Gainsight, Microsoft Dynamics, Docebo, OpenAir, RocketLane, Salesforce, or Customer Portals.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define and deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing application configurations, integrations, and supporting production environments.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and system governance in a cloud/SaaS environment.
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies (Agile, ITIL, etc.).
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
Preferred Skills & Experience
- · Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or services organization.
- · Exposure to customer journey tools, digital onboarding, or customer success automation platforms.
- · Working knowledge of professional services automation (PSA) tools and their impact on revenue recognition and delivery workflows.
- · Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and visualize key metrics.

US Pay Range
$139,400 - $264,500 USD
