You’ll work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and cloud/technology partners to turn customer problems into differentiated roadmap outcomes—shipping capabilities that improve resiliency, recovery performance, security, and operational simplicity. This is a hands-on role for a product leader who can dive deep into cloud architectures and database internals, move fast, and consistently deliver.
What You'll Do...

- Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, pgvector)
- NoSQL databases across on-prem and cloud (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB) and other modern data services
- Identify new opportunities driven by GenAI/ML adoption, vector search, and modern cloud architectures—and translate them into shipped product outcomes
- Turn customer needs, field feedback, and partner requirements into clear, differentiated capabilities and crisp PRDs/user stories
Lead Product Execution
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement—delivering roadmap commitments with an agile mindset
- Work closely with engineering on architecture, design decisions, and trade-offs
- Define requirements for cloud-native protection and recovery
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Engage Customers and the Market
- Partner directly with enterprise customers and design partners
- Lead competitive analysis and product positioning
- Support go-to-market efforts with sales and marketing
- Partner with sales teams to drive product success—supporting pipeline creation, enablement, competitive wins, and customer expansion with clear messaging and playbooks
- Represent the product in customer briefings, industry events, and analyst discussions
