Associate Director, Partner Success
Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. About This Role
The Associate Director, Partnership Success, is a pivotal member of Compass Health Center- Wisconsin's Marketing and Outreach Team. This is a business development role that cultivates and nurtures essential relationships with referring organizations and partners across Wisconsin. This role involves fostering and maintaining connections with key stakeholders such as referrers, partners, patients, parents, schools, and various organizations.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with Partnership leadership and Compass Wisconsin site leadership to strategize and execute outreach plans that impact Compass's mission
- Cultivate new relationships with partners in the Southeast, Wisconsin region, as well as virtually across Wisconsin. Achieve this by employing techniques such as mass and individual email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, in-person meetings, webinars, cold calling, fairs and conferences. Ensure robust connections are established with major health systems, hospitals, schools, employers, and outpatient practices.
- Responsible for identifying new referrers and partners in addition to maintaining and growing existing relationships
- Collaborating with Outreach Team in support of all outreach regions and efforts where there are opportunities or needs to do so
- Facilitate connections and maintain relationships between referring organizations and Compass clinicians and leaders. This includes training the Compass team in relationship development best practices, setting up appropriate connections, ensuring follow-through by Compass staff, and accurately tracking business development activities in our CRM.
- As the primary relationship owner for select partners, develop and maintain relationships when a direct connection with a Compass clinician or leader is not required.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to conceptualize and execute initiatives to increase visibility within the local community. This may involve philanthropic activities, digital and in-person marketing campaigns, and innovative ideas contributed by you
- Lead or assist in promoting Compass webinar series targeting potential and current partners
- Facilitate and lead in-person presentations to key partner organizations as requested, aligning with Compass’s growth objectives.
- Maintain the established business plan for relationship development, resulting in increased marketing, referrals, and community engagement
- Manage a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities
- Contribute to the annual budget cycle for Marketing and Outreach
- Ensure adherence to CRM-based tracking of all relationships and contribute to analytics related to Marketing and Outreach.
Who You Are:
- 2 to 5 years of business development and/or marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization is required
- CRM experience, preferably HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- 3+ years of work experience focused on patient acquisition/referral relationship management within healthcare (preferably in behavioral health and/or virtual healthcare) or similar experience in a sales/business development role
- Demonstrated track record of high performance in demanding educational and work environments
- Exceptional written communication and verbal presentation skills
- Strong executive presence, capable of confidently engaging with senior psychiatrists, CEOs, and other clinical leaders in the community
- Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables, including basic graphic design skills
- Has a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new CRM systems and utilize them for mass email communications without errors
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven, with a strong team player mentality
- A bachelor's degree is required

This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications. Compass reserves the right to update these ranges.
This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus which is dependent upon individual and company performance.
Compensation
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
