We are currently seeking to hire a Temporary Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements from within the United States. 

While a Pacific Time (PT) base is preferred, we are truly open to remote candidates across all U.S. time zones. We ask that all team members maintain meaningful overlap with PST core business hours, and are happy to work with the right candidate on a schedule that fits.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, paid on an hourly, non-exempt basis at a rate of $32.00–$35.00 per hour. The anticipated contract duration runs through January 1, 2027, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. While we cannot guarantee permanent placement, there is potential for this role to convert to a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate. No benefits are included at this time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates, and serving as a strategic staffing partner to internal and external customers, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, from intake through offer and onboarding, across multiple concurrent high-volume requisitions
  • Conduct high-volume video interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and provide structured recommendations to hiring managers and clients
  • Partner directly with C-suite executives and client hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and guide hiring decisions with data-driven insights
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching, streamline workflow automation, and reduce time-to-fill
  • Facilitate calendar management and scheduling of internal and external interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients; manage candidates through offer negotiations
  • Support hiring team debriefs with internal teams and/or clients; guide teams to final candidates with structured evaluation frameworks
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, detailed communication, and consistent touchpoints throughout the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to maintain candidate records, track pipeline status, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; maintain positive rapport with external partners
  • Act as a brand ambassador by leading external recruiting activities, including recruiting events, alumni groups, job fairs, and other outreach opportunities
  • Support HR and Marketing in developing branded collateral and an external strategy to attract top talent
  • Support additional projects as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a willingness to adopt and maximize new technologies
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS required; familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources accepted
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Concentric professionally in all candidate, client, and executive interactions
  • Polished, professional presence with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • Excellent customer focus with a positive, consultative service attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities with urgency and precision
  • Comfortable engaging and advising senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and external client hiring managers
  • Fluency with AI tools and modern recruiting technology; proactively identifies opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
  • Work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals and/or assigned tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential material while building trust and rapport with various levels of management and people from all backgrounds and experience levels
  • Familiarity with human resource practices
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate passion for learning and applying new knowledge
  • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills; comfortable taking initiative and working independently
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
