As Project Management Specialist / Traffic, you will be the operational backbone of shared services. This role is responsible for managing, prioritizing, and assigning projects within Jira, ensuring work is resourced correctly, timelines are met, and teams are set up for success. You’ll partner closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving smoothly from intake through delivery.
In addition to project traffic management, you’ll support cross-team budgeting and day-to-day team operations—helping ensure the team is organized, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality work.

By owning project tracking, resourcing, and operational support, you’ll directly impact delivery timelines, team health, and overall creative effectiveness.
Here’s what we’re looking for…
Project & Traffic Management:
Own the intake, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of creative projects using Jira; manage project timelines, dependencies, and capacity planning to ensure balanced workloads and on-time delivery.
Workflow & Process Optimization:
Establish and maintain clear project workflows, templates, and best practices; continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
Cross-Team Budgeting Support:
Partner with marketing leadership and finance to track team budgets, resourcing needs, and spend; help ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
Operational Support:
Support day-to-day team operations, including onboarding coordination, tool access, and ordering team swag or supplies; help maintain an organized, well-supported team environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a central point of contact between creative, marketing, and other stakeholders; provide clear project status updates and proactively flag risks or blockers.
Reporting & Visibility:
Maintain accurate project data and dashboards in Jira; provide regular reporting on workload, throughput, timelines, and operational health.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, traffic, or creative operations.
• Hands-on experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with creative or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
