General Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with projects and analyzing future needs of the Sales department. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes
used within the department that attracts and retains new and existing clients
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Sales team, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Develops and enhances key processes related to the Sales organization
- Facilitates an open dialogue around business needs and expectations, within and outside the Sales
function - Maintains and administers operations systems (ConnectWise, MCP, Quosal, etc.) and the related
processes and procedures - Manages issues and supports the Sales team with technical and training assistance in quote creation,
delivery, management, and execution processes - Manages outstanding sales quotes and proposals to keep sales information accurate and flowing properly
- Reviews sales processes and procedures and offers recommendations for ways to make Sales and Sales
Operations more efficient and streamlined - Builds out reporting needs for the Sales team
- Identifies trends, deficiencies, and inconsistencies within sales data through data analysis and offers
suggestions on interpreting the data - Acts as a point of contact for escalated inquiries or issues

- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner
requirements - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to interpret data and recommend changes to improve metrics
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 0-10% travel may be required
