As Director of Global Public Relations, you'll architect and execute a bold communications vision that positions Constant Contact at the forefront of the small business revolution. This is a transformational role for a visionary communications leader ready to shape how millions of entrepreneurs worldwide connect, grow, and thrive.

You'll be the strategic force behind our most ambitious communications initiatives—driving breakthrough earned media campaigns, establishing our executives as the definitive voices in digital marketing, and orchestrating global communications strategies that fuel business growth and industry leadership.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, you’ll work directly with our CEO, CMO, and executive leaders to shape a brand that’s as bold and innovative as the customers we serve.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Architect Brand Dominance Through Earned Media

  • Pioneer innovative PR strategies that catapult Constant Contact's visibility and market leadership across global markets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and Head of Brand to develop and refine comprehensive brand strategy and narrative positioning
  • Cultivate powerful media ecosystems with tier-1 journalists, industry tastemakers, and influential voices who shape the small business landscape
  • Generate game-changing earned media coverage that drives measurable business impact and positions us as the undisputed leader in small business empowerment
  • Craft story frameworks that transform how the world understands small business potential and digital marketing innovation

Build Iconic Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal communications to create a unified executive presence that drives industry conversations
  • Transform our leaders into sought-after voices who define the future of small business success and digital marketing evolution

What You Bring

Visionary Experience

  • 8-12 years of progressive communications leadership in consumer technology or small business-focused environments and/or top PR agency experience working with clients in the consumer tech and SMB tech space
  • 4+ years directing complex, multi-market communications programs that delivered transformational business results
  • Proven track record of generating breakthrough media coverage in premier business and technology publications
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive positioning and internal/external communications alignment

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

$151,000 - $189,000 USD
