Summary: The Strategic Technology Solutions division within the Department of Finance & Administration is seeking a FileNet Software Developer Lead to drive the development and maintenance of Enterprise ECM solutions for over 23 State agencies. This role requires expertise in FileNet and KnowledgeLake products, along with proficiency in Java and .NET development. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of ECM services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Java applications to interact with a highly available P8 FileNet and cloud KnowledgeLake environment.
- Oversee data migrations and ingestions from multiple sources into FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake.
- Analyze, design, and build projects in FileNet and KnowledgeLake environments to deliver effective solutions.
- Automate business processes by developing document classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions.
- Conduct demos of FileNet/KnowledgeLake components and functionalities as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any FileNet P8/KnowledgeLake issues that may arise.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior ECM staff members.
Required Skills:
- Experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting IBM FileNet and KnowledgeLake solutions.
- Proficiency in Java for interacting with FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake environments for data operations.
- Strong knowledge of FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and APIs.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and troubleshooting in a clustered P8 environment.
- Proficient in scanning and indexing solutions like IBM DataCap, Kofax AutoStore, and Capture Professional.
- Experience working with SSL certificates and certificate vaults.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot logs and traces to determine root cause.
- Must possess a B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Windows 2019 or latest, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or latest, FileNet P8 5.x and later, Content Navigator 3.0.x and later, KnowledgeLake ECM Solution, Kofax Autostore/QuickCapture, and relational databases like SQL, DB2, and Oracle.
