About the Role

The Director of Partnerships & Business Development will lead the strategy, growth, and evolution of the CRAFTSMAN+ partner ecosystem - shaping the future of how brands reach audiences on mobile.

This individual is responsible for developing and deepening strategic relationships with key DSPs, ad tech platforms, and industry partners, driving both business and technical integrations that create measurable value for all stakeholders. Through these partnerships, they will unlock new monetization opportunities, enable joint success, and expand the reach and impact of the CRAFTSMAN+ platform.

In addition to driving partnerships, this role will take a hands-on approach to new business development - owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and ensuring partners and clients see tangible, long-term value through collaboration with CRAFTSMAN+.

Reporting to the CRO, this is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and execution-oriented position that bridges relationship management, platform growth, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is both a strategic connector and a driven individual contributor, capable of identifying opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and closing meaningful deals that accelerate growth for CRAFTSMAN+ and its partners alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and expand relationships with key DSP, MMP, and channel partners to maximize mutual growth opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and integration roadmaps with partners to enhance visibility and referral flow.
  • Ensure Craftsman+ remains front-of-mind with all partners — actively tracking incentive programs, platform credits, and ecosystem updates.
Serve as the main point of contact for platform partners; provide strategic insights, success metrics, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering.
  • Identify and negotiate partnership models that drive shared success, including preferred status, revenue sharing, or co-branded initiatives.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to strengthen relationships with existing DSP and ad tech platforms to ensure continuous flow of campaigns leveraging CM+ creatives on mutual partners.
  • Establish structured client–partner mapping frameworks and lead recurring alignment sessions with internal and external stakeholders to uncover joint growth opportunities, facilitate strategic introductions, and maximize mutual success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Services and Customer Success to identify and engage clients who can benefit from testing with our strategic partners. Approach each opportunity with intention, ensuring a balanced focus between partner growth objectives and delivering measurable success for existing advertisers.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals for both SaaS and service offerings.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage CRM pipeline with precision, maintaining accurate forecasts and progress tracking.
  • Craft proposals, pricing models, and own commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure alignment between client needs, product roadmaps, and go-to-market messaging.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within ad tech, SaaS, or performance marketing.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
