
Staff Product Manager - Data

Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Data Science to lead a team of data scientists that focus on monetization for Credit Karma. This role will support ranking initiatives for Credit Karma's marketplaces, build long-term strategy, and work on initiatives that help Credit Karma solve member problems.
What you will do:
- Lead a team of data scientists to develop and implement data science solutions focused on monetization
- Identify opportunities and develop a long-term strategy
- Work with data scientists and partner teams to design and implement solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of experiments
- Align on strategy and roadmap, and communicate results to stakeholders such as marketing, general managers, and leadership team
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data science
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data science principles and techniques
- Experience with building and managing data science teams
- Experience with developing and executing data science strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Transparency Notice:
Credit Karma’s mission of championing financial progress for all starts from within. That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $215,449 to $273,241, plus equity and benefits.
