
Executive Business Partner II

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support the Senior leader(s) at Credit Karma. This pivotal position requires someone with senior executive assistant skills who thrives in a fast paced, high growth culture. As an EBP, a global mindset is a must: this full time role is hybrid and will be based in Oakland, but will work across numerous locations and time zones (including Oakland, LA, San Diego, and Charlotte, NC.
What you’ll do:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, impeccable follow through on tasks and details, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities and needs
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for the leader and manage meeting flow, take notes, track action items, distribute action items to appropriate parties, and follow up as needed to ensure completion
- Create decks for monthly team meetings as well as for weekly core team meetings with coordination with presenter
- Proactively communicate, update, and manage complex calendars and travel plans based on executive leadership and team priorities to make prompt and sound decisions independently
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, discernment and judgment, act as an extension and representative of your executives
- Build cross functional relationships between departments including Intuit teams
- Plan team-building events & activities (internal, virtual, and onsite), space planning and help with onboarding new senior leaders. Play a critical role in driving team culture
- Partner closely with the Senior EBP to Head of Product on light product operations and product offsite summit planning
- Act as a conduit of flow of information between all levels including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience providing support to 1 or more executives and their teams
- 3+ years of calendar management, coordinating travel logistics, and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
- Expert-level skills with G-Suite (Calendar, sheets, docs and slides)
- Proficient in Slack, Jira, Concur and cloud-based systems
What we would like to see:
- Experience working at a high-paced tech company is preferred
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate issues; attention to detail; strategic mindset to connect the dots across the various business priorities and operationalize the schedule; deeply understand their leader and their priorities
- Flexible team player with a can-do attitude - covering for urgent items as needed as well as supporting other Executive Business Partners
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects
- Partners and collaborates effectively with the team and cross-functional leads to improve productivity
- BA/BS preferred, but not required
