Business Systems Analyst

We’re setting up a cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE), and we need a dynamic professional to help us build and shape the future of automation.
As our new RPA Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the development of RPA solutions, advanced data analyses, natural language processing, and intuitive user interfaces across the enterprise. Your expertise will ensure that our initiatives not only meet but exceed audit, regulatory, Information Assurance/Cybersecurity, and compliance standards. You’ll also empower various business and IT units to craft and sustain their own automation solutions.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Governance Guru: Oversee and refine the COE governance process. Craft and maintain vital Governance Templates and Processes.
- Strategic Architect: Design and evolve a Governance Framework that supports RPA growth and delivers continual value.
- Communications Maestro: Develop a Strategic Communication & Outreach Plan to keep federal customers in the loop with the latest RPA news and updates.
- Quality Champion: Ensure top-notch quality assurance processes to guarantee precision in documentation and adherence to best practices.
- Compliance Specialist: Provide robust compliance support throughout the RPA development lifecycle, including Information Assurance (IA) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Knowledge Exchange Leader: Foster a community of practice to share insights on designing and implementing high-ROI RPA solutions.
- Documentation Expert: Create and maintain comprehensive Lifecycle RPA Support Documentation that meets federal standards.
- Onboarding Facilitator: Manage the intake, onboarding, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user onboarding.
- Technical Support: Offer process technical support to automation development teams and review customer use cases to ensure they are actionable and precise.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Clearance:
- Active Secret or ability to obtain one
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with at least three years in robotic process automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to solicit and document requirements, technical writing, and creating and using test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies and a knack for proactive communication are a must.
- Demonstrated success in client support with a keen ability to solve problems and perform structured analysis.
- Skilled in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide system development.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with federal government agencies and systems.
- UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst or Developer certifications.

Position Pay Range
$110,000 - $120,000 USD
