Contracts Manager
COHO Integrated Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of healthcare-related government and commercial contracts and subcontracts, with a focus on healthcare IDIQ vehicles and compliance.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare-related government contracts, with a focus on compliance and performance.

Lead and support the administration of IDIQ contracts and task orders.

Collaborate with internal Contracts Managers and team members to ensure daily operations and contract deliverables are met.

Provide subject matter expertise on subcontractor requirements, flowdowns, and regulatory compliance specific to healthcare contracts.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including FAR, DFARS, HIPAA, SCA, DBA, and other commercial and government contracting requirements.

Coordinate contract actions with accounting, program management, business development, and legal to ensure alignment and accountability.

Monitor contract performance, manage risk, and recommend appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

Oversee and review solicitation documents, RFPs, and data calls for compliance with internal and external requirements.

Draft, review, and approve contractual documents including Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Reseller Agreements.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management

At least 5 years of experience supporting government contract and subcontract administration, within the healthcare sector.

Strong working knowledge of IDIQ contract vehicles and healthcare contracting requirements.

Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.

Expert-level knowledge of FAR, DFARS, HIPAA, SCA, DBA, and related federal and commercial contracting regulations.
