Senior Project Manager

Are you a technically savvy and strategic thinker who excels at translating complex development concepts into client friendly language? As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of robust digital solutions for globally recognized brands—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality, all while building strong client partnerships and expertly navigating technical challenges.

This role requires obtaining a Level 2 Security Clearance under U.S. government regulations. Only U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) are eligible to apply.


You Will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication between clients, internal technical teams, and vendors
  • Translate complex technical concepts (DevOps, frontend, backend, QA, platform, security) into accessible language for clients
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets for technical initiatives
  • Coordinate and support ongoing maintenance, release management, and platform security
  • Oversee deliverables and anticipate project risks, keeping all stakeholders informed and empowered
  • Collaborate closely with client services while being hands on with technical teams (AEM, AWS, DevOps)
  • Drive consensus and resolve challenges within highly technical environments
  • Foster a positive, results driven culture across teams

 

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience managing complex technical projects (IT, infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, or platform environments)
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams on medium to large scale initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language for clients and business partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to both detail and the big picture
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management and resource planning
  • Experience identifying and mitigating technical project risks proactively
  • Confidence navigating both client services and highly technical project delivery
  • Exposure to creative workflows or UX is a plus, but a strong technical background is required

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $120,000 USD
