Brief

This role is in the organization to support the Motion & Sound team and to ensure a cohesive

motion output.

The core expectation of this role is to contribute to the creative excellence of our motion design

team by participating in the conception, execution, and delivery of impactful solutions for clients

and to collaborate with other artists, creative directors, and producers, to develop motion

graphics and animations, applying fundamental design principles to create engaging visuals.

Career Development is typically provided by Motion & Sound Director but can be adapted to

suit an account and/or office location.

Nature of this role is that of a ‘contributor’ and ‘emerging leader’.

Skills Developed

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment

• Ability to actively participate in team discussions and contribute creative ideas

• Ability to juggle projects and working alongside emerging talent, creative directors,

designers and producers

• Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects, with a keen attention to detail

• Enthusiasm for staying current with industry trends and emerging creative technologies

• Strong desire to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced team members

o Familiarity with emerging creative tools like Midjourney, Unreal Engine and AI

applications

o In-depth knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization, delivering

high-quality motion content tailored for various digital platforms

Activities Performed

• Work alongside a team in end-to-end productions, including concepting, creative ideation,

animatics, rough cuts, final edits, versioning, optimization and scaling

• Create high quality visually impactful motion design

• Guide and mentor emerging talent, with the support of your team lead

• Evolve and move the work forward daily

• Contribute in meetings and conversation with teams on ways to elevate the work

• Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications

throughout the creative process
