Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you determine the user experience of our clients’ products. You have acute self-awareness and deep empathy for both the customer and our clients' goals. Organizing content, developing information architectures, documenting scenarios and use cases, and delivering detailed wireframes and function specifications is your day-to-day. 

You’ll own areas of work from design through to completion—including shaping major features and the design and development process—to ensure that work is reviewed for quality assurance and milestones are met successfully and on time. 

Please note this is a 4 month contract role with an expected start date of April 6th


You Will:

  • Create digital experiences in physical spaces
  • Operate between highly conceptual ideation to very tactical execution
  • Have experience with personalized experiences
  • Prototype or work in motion
  • Conduct User Research
  • Design thoughtful, intuitive In-Store user experiences across iOS, watchOS, and related In-Store platforms
  • Develop thoughtful UX strategy providing detailed analysis of trade offs between different explorations through UX flow chart diagrams, pros and cons analysis, and presentations
  • Create sketches, wireframes, & prototypes that bring clarity to the product experience, advocating for users at every stage, while translating complex requirements and data into clear and engaging interfaces
  • Cross-functionality collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create delightful In-Store experiences
  • Participate in design critiques, iterating on feedback from multiple stakeholders to continually improve the work

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX or product design
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design across devices
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Sketch, Figma, Keynote, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort working collaboratively in multi-functional teams
  • Passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences

The rate listed below is hourly

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$55 - $62 CAD
