Designer
As a Designer, you are eager to contribute to the development of creative concepts through visual design. You have original ideas and you are a team player – taking in strategy and direction and translating it into design across digital experiences. You know how to balance your own creative expression with the realities of client requests. At this point in your career, you have tackled the basics of design applications and thrive in a variety of digital mediums. You have a keen attention to detail and most importantly, a passion for design.
You Will:
- Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
- Create interactive design concepts.
- Design mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids and interface demos, photo retouches and enhancements, and animated GIFs.
- Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
- Build and maintain a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.
You Have:
- 2+ years education, 1+ years design, and interactive work experience.
- Strong design portfolio, with impressive visual, interactive and graphic design skills demonstrated.
- Solid working knowledge of the latest design toolsets, including Figma.
- Communication skills that articulate creative ideas.
- A proven aptitude for fast-paced creative thinking.
- A desire to learn and keep growing.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the latest versions of Adobe products, including Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Motion graphics and animation experience for web and video.
- Site design experience, including UX and UI.
