Visual Designer
The Designer is responsible for supporting the execution of high-quality digital and web design deliverables, contributing to the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of existing websites and digital experiences. This role focuses on creating visually engaging assets, supporting website updates, and ensuring design consistency across digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of digital design best practices. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions, maintain brand standards, and support initiatives that improve the overall user experience and visual appeal of digital products.
We expect our team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.
You Will:
- Create and update digital assets for websites, product pages, and other online channels.
- Support ongoing website maintenance and content updates.
- Design layouts, banners, graphics, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit and optimize images and other visual assets using Photoshop and related design tools.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across digital experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders on design requests and project deliverables.
- Support user experience improvements through thoughtful visual design and web best practices.
- Contribute to the creation and organization of design files, components, and reusable assets in Figma.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
You Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital design, web design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience creating and adapting assets for websites and digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with web-based content and digital marketing assets.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and verbal communication).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and web design projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, or other creative tools.
- Experience working with international clients or global teams.
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Google Drive, or similar platforms.
