Payroll Analyst, CloudKitchens - Bogota

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries in the Americas region.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to gather payroll-related information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in the Americas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
- Utilize ADP Celergo, Papaya Global, and Workday systems to manage and optimize payroll processes.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with Brazilian Payroll is required.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requisite for this position.
- Strong understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

This role is based in Bogota office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
