People Operations & Systems Specialist

Our People Operations team is dedicated to ensuring seamless HR processes, operational excellence, and data integrity while continuously improving and scaling our systems. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction across the full employee lifecycle. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of current processes as well as leading Workday testing and configuration projects, ensuring seamless updates and strong data integrity.
• Oversee and lead various people initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Lead change management efforts related to system rollouts and process changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption through: developing training materials and process documentation to support People Operations and other teams; conducting enablement sessions to ensure teams are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization across HR systems and processes and develop data-driven recommendations to improve people processes and system efficiencies.
• Provide support to employees regarding HRIS functionality, Workday transactions, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience with Workday required. 
• A strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience leading process improvement projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and provide clear, actionable guidance.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
