Title: Informatica Enterprise and Technical Architect
Location: Scottsdale, AZ or Las Vegas, NV

About the Role:
This Informatica Architect centers on leading enterprise and solution architecture initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Informatica technologies. The expert in this role will shape strategy and execution across MDM, data governance, integration, and ERP architecture. Working cross-functionally, they’ll ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and standards-aligned data solutions, while championing data stewardship and driving integration best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the design, development, and oversight of enterprise and solution architectures, focused on the Informatica technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and authority for Informatica MDM, Catalog data integration, data governance, and ERP architecture strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define complex technology solutions that leverage Informatica for master data management and integration use cases.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on system design, data governance, metadata management, and integration patterns using Informatica’s suite of products.
- Partner with Informatica and our partner vendors to align roadmap strategies, platform capabilities, and emerging trends.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices across data, application, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and resilient, leveraging Informatica MDM and integration patterns (batch and real-time).
- Work closely with Application and Data Architects to build reliable, reusable, and maintainable integrations between Informatica and consuming systems.
- Analyze business continuity strategies, including disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) designs for Informatica platforms.
- Play a key role in driving data quality, stewardship, and governance, ensuring Informatica solutions align with enterprise data standards.
- Lead or participate in scrum teams, guiding architecture and integration workstreams that involve Informatica tools.
- Evaluate and optimize data synchronization, golden record management, survivorship logic, and matching rules within Informatica MDM.
- Guide teams on implementation best practices for coexistence or centralized MDM models using Informatica.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in analyzing data models, mapping source systems, and defining data mastering strategies.
- Deep expertise in Informatica MDM, Data Quality, IICS, and PowerCenter.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, real-time integrations, and data ingestion frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making across levels.
- Proven experience designing scalable architecture for data management and integration pipelines.
- Experience with data governance tools, preferably Informatica Axon and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, independently and collaboratively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
