Software Developer – Secret Clearance
Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
Overview
Miltech is seeking a mission-driven Software Developer to support secure software and solution development across defense-related projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member with strong technical skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver secure web applications and software solutions
- Support ASP.NET development, including containerization
- Provide .NET and software development support in support of the MilTech Solutions contract.
- Work as part of the MilTech Software Development team to deliver GOTS/COTS solutions and specifically TOMT
- Manage databases, create SQL tables, and support data migration
- Define, analyze, and manage technical requirements
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Author technical documentation and training materials
- Participate in customer meetings and provide status updates
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Estimate, plan, and execute assigned tasks
- Identify and report risks and issues
- Apply Agile methodology and cybersecurity best practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 5 years of experience (or 10 years total with relevant certifications)
- Familiarity with Agile development and technical project management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Army or defense programs
- Experience with .NET, SQL Server, React, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and cybersecurity tools (e.g., Fortify, Code Dx, Burp Suite)\
- Cloud development experience
- Interest in AI and automation
