Position: Principal Implementation Manager

 

Duties: Serve as a leader on the implementation team through support programs, initiatives, and OKRs. Partner with the Product and Engineering organization for feature planning, feedback, rollout support, and issue resolution. Oversee the SME program on the Implementation Team, ensuring they are maintaining a scalable structure. Assist CX teammates with complex customer issues and escalation where necessary. Provide presales support with prospect calls, RFP responses, scoping, and architectural and project planning. Work to ensure client requirements are in line with the technical capabilities of Demandbase solutions and identify supportable customization needs. Work cross-functionally to help lead the planning, execution, and adoption of process improvements and initiatives, including the creation of documentation where necessary. Develop deep functional expertise with Demandbase solutions and act as an early adopter of new functionality, helping to lead the broader educational and rollout efforts to internal teams. Support the organization in continuously optimizing the customer experience and pursuing successful interactions from onboarding through renewal. Assist in the onboarding of new team members and provide direct mentorship to junior resources.

 

Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Degree with Management Experience, or related field (e.g. Chemical Engineering).

 

Experience:  5 years of progressive experience in job offered or related occupation

 

Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

 

  1. Managing the entire project life cycle: project kickoffs, requirement elicitation and stakeholder communication.
  2. Leading technical delivery of application integration projects to generate process improvements.
  3. Designed an automated migration framework and established a process to standardize migration and upgrade.
  4. Developed a strategy for implementation adhering to client’s in house design framework and standards.

**Telecommuting allowed for this position**

 

Salary: $176,000 - $220,000 per year
