Junior Influencer Marketing Manager
Skopje, hybrid
For our team in Skopje we are looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (div/f/m) who is passionate about Influencer Marketing, true to the motto: 'I know it, I like it, I love it, I live it' and shows us which Influencer Network we have been missing so far.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, acquiring and negotiating new influencer collaborations - with a strong focus on long-term relationships;
- Managing multiple (small size) influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously;
- Support in analyzing influencer campaign success and overall campaign performance;
- Assist in creating campaign reports and helping with the allocation and monitoring of budgets;
- Researching new trends and creating concrete recommendations for action to take our campaigns to the next level;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project management, paid media, and creative to align campaign goals and deliverables.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1+ year of practical experience in the areas of influencer marketing, social media communication and digital media;
- Knowledge of social media like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch inside out and a degree in media science and/or business administration;
- Good overview of particularly the European influencer landscape, with awareness of international influencer trends and the latest social media developments;
- Structured, independent working style with a data-driven and performance oriented mindset;
- You can negotiate well and have a strong sense for the interests of both sides - our well-known clients as well as the influencers;
- You like to work towards challenging goals and celebrate them as a team;
- A true team player, empathetic and love dealing with people;
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing); German is a plus.
