Creative Producer (12 month FTC)

This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Creative Producer you will work within eBay’s Global Marketing organization, supporting the in-house Brand Creative team. You will be responsible for ensuring both short and long-term project workflows move smoothly across focus categories by developing project timelines, setting creative reviews, tracking internal and partner feedback, and ultimately ensuring assets are successfully delivered. 

A successful candidate will be able to act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the creative team, able to maintain clear communication while balancing multiple priorities and requests daily. You will be able to learn the strengths of the team, and ensure all creative project members are set up for success and resourced according to bandwidth and capabilities, and able to thoughtfully and strategically connect both dots and people.

Project support may include the creative concepting, execution and delivery phase for photo shoots, tv, video, print, digital content including social, email creative, radio/audio spots, and out-of-home media environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Float between focus categories as needed, understanding unique workflows, stakeholders and processes and adapting seamlessly
  • Manage competing priorities under tight deadlines without compromising quality of service
  • Write clear documentation, send professional updates, and confidently communicate with stakeholders
  • Serve as a point of intake for new project requests, quickly evaluating whether briefs or requests have the necessary information to get started, and closing the knowledge gap if not 
  • Create internal and external decks and compile internal briefs for creative team
  • Build project timelines across focus categories, facilitate creative reviews, create and improve processes and solve for roadblocks
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Understanding of the nuances of creative development workflows including concepting, asset production, approvals, and versioning.
  • Marketing or agency account management experience required
  • Digital Marketing experience in all channels preferred vs. project manager generalist
  • Background working with creative teams and proven ability to adapt/optimize existing processes and also develop new ones.
