ABOUT YOU
The Associate, Programmatic will support the programmatic team with online advertising campaigns across platforms like The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Display & Video 360, and others as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, running and formatting performance reports, implementing account tasks and optimizations, building and uploading campaigns, and participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations
You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly to evolving client needs, and manage critical tasks that drive success for our customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the fundamentals of DEPT®’s programmatic methodology
- Pull reports from platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, or other DSPs, selecting appropriate columns/metrics to analyze campaign performance with guidance from senior team members.
- Schedule reports and begin identifying basic trends for inclusion in client reporting summaries.
- Learn to interpret data/results with support, focusing on understanding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and performance, flagging variations or anomalies to the team (+/- 15% variation).
- Organize data in Excel or Google Sheets using foundational functions and formulas, including:
- Sorting, filtering, and basic formatting
- VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and text to columns (as needed)
- Conditional formatting for insights
- Learn and understand relevant media metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA) and how to calculate them.
- Creating, pulling, and reviewing pixels
- Uploading & editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, negatives, and other standard account management tasks
- Creating trafficking sheets for campaigns to send to ad ops
- Begin to articulate the relationships between metrics and their impact on campaign performance.
- Gain exposure to optimization levers and apply suggested changes under supervision to improve campaign results.
- Execute scheduled and ad hoc tasks delegated by direct managers or colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Follow the mandatory QA process meticulously to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring campaigns meet established standards before launch.
EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
- We require an Upper intermediate oral English level
- You are willing to go to the office in CABA (Villa Crespo) or Mar del Plata a few times a week
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-6 months experience in programmatic media
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients
- Ability to handle changing priorities
