JOB PURPOSE
As a Junior Amazon Marketplace Operations Consultant, you will support our consultants in the conceptual management of consulting projects for our renowned clients and transform the challenges of our clients into opportunities for future growth. Your tasks include analyzing the market environment of our clients and then working together with our consultants on a suitable market entry strategy. Furthermore, you look at data-driven analyses of actual situations and support the development of solutions for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the challenges of our customers and developing suitable solutions with the help of your Amazon and Marketplaces knowledge;
- In coordination with our campaign managers, consultants, content editors and data experts, you will find ways to increase our customers' sales on Amazon;
- You will analyze our customers' relevant marketplace data and identify growth opportunities and threats;
- Analysis of the market environment for our customers;
- Consideration and prioritization of different sales channels;
- Further development of our consulting product and service offerings;
- Data-driven analysis of actual situations and independent development of possible solutions;
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Background in digital marketing;
- Any experience in working with marketplaces (e.G. Amazon), specifically in PPC, is considered a plus;
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs;
- Basic understanding of the "Amazon world" and the field of e-commerc;
- Can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, are a strong communicator, have a high level of customer orientation and have very good analytical and conceptual skills;
- Strong will to perform, commitment, quality awareness and a hands-on mentality;
- Interest in Amazon and new technologies;
- Ability to create detailed reports and familiarize yourself with complicated tasks;
- Directly available to start working in either Macedonia or Croatia;
- Full working proficiency in the English language.
