THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Associate, Technical Sourcer to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our wide array of roles in Engineering, and will lead the integration of innovative agentic AI into our sourcing processes. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identifying and engaging passive candidates for various positions at DEPT®. 
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract potential candidates and maintaining a network to quickly fill open positions.
  • Applying agentic AI to drive efficiencies in sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Americas.
  • Managing active candidate pipelines through our ATS (Greenhouse) and developing world-class talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Conducting detailed screening conversations to qualify candidates.
  • Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Maintain a workload of on average 12 - 15 requisitions at a time

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • +2 years of experience sourcing technical and engineering talent, preferably with exposure to the US, LATAM, and Canadian (nice to have) markets.
  • You have prior talent sourcing experience, in an agency, RPO, professional services, or staffing setting. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (a minimum conversational Upper Intermediate level is required).
  • You are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve sourcing and recruiting processes, as well as exploring new sources of hires particularly utilizing agentic AI.
  • You are comfortable in an ambiguous, fast paced environment with shifting priorities based on the evolving needs of the business.
