JOB PURPOSE:

As a People Coordinator - Mobility & Compliance, you will play a key role in making sure our people processes around mobility, compliance and employment administration run smoothly, accurately and with care. You will work closely with our People Operations team, Other colleagues in the People team and external providers to coordinate processes such as 30% ruling applications, A1 documentation, immigration and visa cases, UWV applications and employment administration. You will bring structure and attention to detail, while also using your judgement to identify when something needs to be escalated or when a process can be improved.

As part of the wider People team, you will help create the "small enough to care" experience by making complex People processes feel clear, smooth and personal for every Depster.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own and coordinate operational people processes around mobility, compliance and employment administration, from initial request through to completion, ensuring actions, documentation and deadlines are followed through.

  • Coordinate immigration and visa cases with employees, internal stakeholders and external immigration providers.
  • Support and coordinate UWV applications and other compliance-related processes, ensuring cases are prepared accurately and followed through to completion.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance across employee documentation, contracts and people administration, identifying and resolving missing or incomplete information.
  • Work closely with the People Operations team and other colleagues in the People team to ensure a smooth handover and coordination of employee cases and processes.
  • Act as a clear and service-oriented point of contact for employees on mobility and administrative People matters, answering questions where possible and coordinating with the right specialist when needed.
  • Spot recurring issues, gaps or inefficiencies in processes and documentation, and contribute to improving the way we work.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR mobility, HR compliance and employment administration.
  • A solid foundation in Dutch HR processes and employment administration, with the confidence to independently manage operational cases.

  • A proactive and ownership-driven mindset; you don't just process requests, you follow things through from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach, with the ability to make HR and mobility processes clear and approachable for employees.
  • Good judgement: you know when you can solve something yourself and when specialist input or escalation is needed.
  • Experience with one or more of the following is a strong plus: immigration and visas, 30% ruling, A1 applications, global mobility, UWV, audits, employment documentation or freelancer/contractor compliance.
  • Experience working in an international or reasonably complex organisation is beneficial.
  • Fluent Dutch speaker and comfortable working in English.
