We’re looking for a strategic, socially savvy Audience Engagement Specialist to help define the future of community engagement for one of the world’s leading tech brands. This isn’t your typical community manager role. Instead, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s laser-focused on audience growth, engagement quality, and brand advocacy across the social ecosystem.
Assigned to a strategic pod, you’ll work across key customer solution areas (CSAs) to create meaningful, relevant touchpoints with our community—helping identify conversation opportunities, deepen brand affinity, and drive awareness in a highly dynamic, fast-evolving space.
This role sits at the intersection of editorial storytelling, social strategy, and audience intelligence—designed for someone who is equal parts connector, creative, and operational thinker. You’ll collaborate across content, strategy, social, and ops teams to proactively surface what matters and shape what’s next.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive engagement strategies for assigned pods/CSAs, identifying real-time opportunities to connect with and grow our social community.
- Engage directly with audiences across channels in a thoughtful, human way—no robotic replies or canned responses.
- Respond to and cultivate brand love moments, surfacing high-value content, linking resources, and turning interest into sustained engagement.
- Act as a steward for content within your pod—identifying cross-promotional opportunities, integrating with editorial calendars, and contributing to copy needs.
- Collaborate closely with social media managers, strategists, and operations teams to ensure your engagement approach aligns with broader campaign and platform priorities.
- Bring a future-focused mindset—anticipating social trends, understanding shifts in CSA tiering (e.g., AI, Security), and flexing engagement plans accordingly.
- Help shape best practices for community growth and engagement within a matrixed, global environment.
- Serve as a connective tissue across pods—sharing insights, amplifying what’s working, and helping replicate success across CSAs.
What You'll Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in social media, audience engagement, digital editorial, or brand communications—ideally in tech, agency, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of social media best practices and platform nuances (LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and editorial instincts—able to write with clarity, nuance, and tone aligned to a global brand.
- Strategic agility and an understanding of how to flex engagement plans across evolving priorities.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and operations stakeholders.
- A proactive, growth mindset—someone who loves to experiment, learn from data, and keep evolving their approach.
- Comfort with social tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, or others), editorial planning systems, and agile workflows.
- Bonus: Experience in working with tiered CSAs or thematic workstreams (AI, Security, Dev, etc.).

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
