DevRev is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to support our global partner team and a diverse ecosystem of consulting partners, GSIs, and boutique consultants. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a top-performing partner sales professional who can build trust with partner leaders and external partners alike. You will design and deliver world-class enablement programs that empower our partners to position, sell, and implement DevRev’s solutions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and deliver high-quality, branded enablement content—including in-person and virtual training, job aids, videos, and self-paced courses—tailored for partner sellers, implementers, and consultants.
- Become an AI expert, using our own platform to create content, do research, and automate processes.
- Feed all training, research, and content back into our platform to train the AI and our global team of humans.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs, ensuring content is current, accessible, and impactful.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Training teams to ensure messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation are embedded in all partner-facing materials.
- Track and analyze enablement program effectiveness, partner adoption, certification rates, and revenue impact; iterate based on data and partner feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partner leaders and external partners, providing strategic guidance and building strong relationships.
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to personalize content, optimize partner engagement, and provide actionable insights for program improvement.
- Represent DevRev at partner events, trainings, and strategic meetings; some international travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner/channel enablement, partner sales, or related roles, with a proven track record as a top performer.
- Experience supporting global partner teams, including large consulting partners, GSIs, and boutique firms.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality, branded enablement content and training (in-person and virtual).
- Strong business and technical acumen, ideally with experience in AI or B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement impact and driving continuous improvement.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partner enablement platforms, CRM, and sales/marketing tech stack.
- Familiarity with partner certification programs and scalable learning frameworks.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and comfort with AI or SaaS products.
- Experience working with international partners and willingness to travel globally.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
- Some international travel required for partner events and trainings.
Who You Are
- A go-getter who takes initiative, operates with urgency, and is driven by results.
- A natural collaborator and communicator, able to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and energized by change and growth.
