Pillar Overview:
The Investment Pillar is responsible for managing investment portfolios across various entities associated with the Dalio Enterprise. It plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic investment initiatives that align with the organization’s overarching goals. By leveraging market insights and conducting rigorous analysis, the Investment Pillar aims to optimize asset allocation, maximize returns, and mitigate risks across a diverse range of investment vehicles.
Position Summary:
This role supports the development and execution of the investment portfolio while contributing to the automation and infrastructure of internal trading processes, with a focus on the APAC and Europe markets.

Role Responsibilities:
- Execute trades for the global portfolio, covering APAC and Europe markets, in coordination with US-based traders.
- Support portfolio implementation activities, including execution research, portfolio financing, and treasury cash management.
- Develop and automate internal front-office processes and infrastructure using Python and machine-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with global investment teams to ensure consistent execution standards and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with the broker network.
- Contribute to the portfolio construction and research process in collaboration with the research team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in buy-side or sell-side execution, preferably with exposure to electronic trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows and market dynamics across APAC and Europe, with preferred experience in North America and Latam.
- Proficiency in Python programming and automation tools.
- Demonstrated interest in portfolio construction and risk management.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, attributes, and values:
- Experience working in a global trading environment.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or algorithmic trading strategies.
- Familiar with generative AI developments and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across time zones and teams.

- Strong sense of initiative and ownership of project.
Travel Requirements:
- Approximately 25% domestic and international travel expected.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and CPF.
