What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles (including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success), Tech, and corporate positions.
- Build Connections: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.
- Partner with Purpose: Collaborate with hiring managers to provide insights and guidance on best practices, ensuring we make informed hiring decisions.
- Elevate Our Brand: Participate in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities.
- Drive Improvement: Contribute to refining our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, particularly in GTM, tech, and corporate roles.
- Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities that inspire and engage.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Curiosity and Adaptability: A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluently Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French is a must, as we collaborate with teams across Canada.
