Your role as Senior Talent Development Specialist (1 year contract)
Reporting to Gabrielle Raymond, Manager, Talent Development, the mission of the Senior Talent Development Specialist is to lead impactful learning initiatives to drive organizational growth and employee development, fostering collaboration and support across all talent development areas.
What you’ll be doing:
- Champion our organizational learning & development (L&D) programs that are part of Dialogue University, including our people management training, our growth programs & resources (e.g., mentoring), and our e-learning platform (i.e., Coursera).
- Continuously elevate all L&D modules by refining content, selecting appropriate delivery methods, optimizing communication strategies, and tracking engagement to ensure meaningful impact across the organization.
- Provide expert guidance on L&D to leaders and employees across Dialogue, empowering them to develop relevant and impactful training programs as required.
- Incorporate in the L&D strategy effective learning strategies based on the various personas and organizational needs.
- Supported other talent development initiatives in areas such as data reporting, performance management, succession planning, career tracking and diversity & inclusion.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources with a bachelor's in business administration or any related field
- Experience in learning & development and program management, an asset
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English with the ability to convey concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences orally and in writing
- Proven analytical skills and strategic mindset, with a proven ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of building relationships across teams and working with diverse stakeholders
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
