Your role as Operational Support Specialist (Night)
Reporting to Andrea Obas, the mission of the Operational Support Specialist (Night) is to ensure the seamless nightly turnover of our telemedicine platform. This role involves managing patient flows, overseeing staff numbers, and providing crucial support to both staff and members, addressing potential technical issues. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our telemedicine services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and manage the daily turnover of the telemedicine platform.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Provide support to staff and members facing potential technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Monitor and manage staff numbers to meet operational demands.
- Collaborate with different departments to address operational challenges.
- Implement and maintain procedures to optimize the telemedicine platform's daily operations.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Availability to work part-time (21+ hours) with shifts that include working overnight, evenings, and weekends.
- Proven experience in operational support or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- A great interest in healthcare.
- Bilingual in French and English.
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
