About the team
Dialpad’s Customer Success Engineer will contribute to our CS team by providing deeper technical expertise in our customer relationships, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and advising customers on best practices. In this role, our CS Engineer will help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.
Dialpad’s Customer Success team plays an essential role in providing best practices to drive usage and adoption for all Dialpad products and services. This role will work closely with the Customer Success managers and all levels of management on customer accounts.
Your role
As a CS Engineer you’ll be engaged by CSMs and assist with technical advice, running demos, system configuration advice, and admin and user training. You’ll work closely with CSMs to address customer questions about their existing products and services. You’ll possess an in-depth knowledge of Dialpad’s products and services, relating this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers.
This remote position reports to our Customer Success leaders with preferred working hours set as US Core Hours, with Eastern, Mountain or Pacific time depending on the agreed to schedule.
What you’ll do
- Product and feature demonstrations, including integrations from the Dialpad App Marketplace.
- Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments.
- Deliver proactive technical audits of our customer’s Dialpad platforms, calling out configuration gaps and making recommendations for achieving better outcomes with the product.
- Partner with the CSM team throughout the Customer Experience.
Skills you’ll bring
- A technical curiosity and an excitement about delivering a technology solution that makes work better.
- Ability to complete the Sales Engineering Demo Certification.
- Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in UCaaS or CCaaS environment.

$75,225 - $92,792 USD
