Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize the global operational aspects of our talent acquisition process. In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic team responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be hands-on in driving process improvements, managing employment agreements, coordinating new hire background checks, and overseeing the entire offer-to-join workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a global team of operational specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of growth and development. Your goal is to empower them to succeed and thrive in their roles.
- You’ll oversee the creation and distribution of offer agreements, making sure everything is spot-on, compliant, and aligned with our company’s policies and legal requirements.
- From background checks to employment agreements, you'll ensure every step of the pre-boarding process runs smoothly, so our new hires are all set and excited for their first day with us.
- You’ll take a hands-on approach to continually evaluate and improve the entire process—from offer letter to onboarding—working with HR, legal, and other internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure everything is running like a well-oiled machine.
- You’ll work closely with regional HR, legal, and recruiting teams to ensure our global processes are aligned, while making sure we respect the unique requirements and regulations of each region.
- You’ll keep an eye on key data points (offer acceptance rates, background check timelines, onboarding efficiency, candidate satisfaction surveys) and use those insights to help us fine-tune and improve our recruitment processes.
- You’ll ensure all employment documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with both global and regional laws, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Your focus will be on delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for candidates from offer to day one. You’ll keep them informed every step of the way, setting them up for success and making their transition into the company seamless and exciting.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, with experience in managing offer processes, background checks, and onboarding for global teams.
- Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage an operational team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and improving operational processes, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Familiarity with global employment regulations and best practices, and the ability to manage operations across multiple regions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing sensitive candidate and employment data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide clear, effective communication to both internal teams and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools to manage processes and reporting.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks or issues within the operational process and propose creative, solutions-oriented fixes.
