Position Overview 
The HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our Human Resources department. This position will focus on HR compliance and administrative support, ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. The HR Operations Analyst will work closely with HR management to streamline processes, improve HR systems, and support various HR functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the HR compliance program. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and advise HR management on necessary adjustments to policy or procedures.  
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports and respond to internal requests for HR information and data. 
  • Support the HR vendor contracts process and billing in partnership with various HR teams, Procurement and AP. 
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to ensure compliance. 
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including preparing reports and developing communications. 
  • Other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks, as needed  

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR operations or HR compliance role  
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Skilled at utilizing MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) 
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Preferred Experience/Skills: 

  • Experience in a global/multinational corporate environment 
  • Experience using Atlassian products and/or Oracle HCM
