We’re growing our HR team and are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Advisor who brings a perfect balance of people-first thinking and data-driven execution. This role blends traditional HR responsibilities with strong analytical work, making it ideal for someone who’s as confident building pivot tables and visualizing data as they are answering employee queries and driving engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Supporting the design, implementation, and documentation of HR policies with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement. 
  • Assisting HR Business Partners through key annual processes like performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotions—delivering clean, reliable data and reports. 
  • Handling employee inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and a people-focused approach. 
  • Drafting HR documents including employment verification letters, bonus agreements, and other essential communications. 
  • Supporting employee relations matters such as performance concerns, and policy compliance. 
  • Contributing to HR initiatives and employee engagement projects across the business. 
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires—both contractors and permanent employees—ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. 
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in Oracle and managing inquiries through upcoming Jira. 
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to help track key HR metrics and support strategic decisions. 
  • Conducting exit interviews and writing executive summaries.  
  • Working hand-in hand with dedicated HRBPs during the entire employee journey.  
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Payroll, Office Management, and other internal teams to resolve HR-related issues efficiently. 

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or advisory role, with hands-on exposure to both operations and employee relations. 
  • Advanced Excel skills—you’re fluent in formulas, pivot tables, charts, and turning raw data into clear insights. 
  • Familiarity with HR databases and systems; experience with Oracle or similar HRIS tools is a strong plus. 
  • Have the curiosity discovering AI opportunities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels of the business. 
  • A proactive, highly organized approach with great attention to detail and accountability. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with a friendly, approachable attitude. 
  • A genuine passion for improving employee experience and driving continuous HR process improvements.
