About the Role

We’re building a high-impact Growth Marketing function to accelerate net-new logo acquisition and drive pipeline across Diligent’s highest-priority solutions. As a Growth Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and performance of targeted growth plays, while managing a team focused on building AI-powered, automated systems that scale.

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to architect and scale a modern GTM engine that turns data into pipeline and experiments into repeatable revenue. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, growth marketing, and GTM operations, this role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives on automation, experimentation, and end-to-end funnel performance.

Whether you bring a background in data engineering or are a growth operator fluent in technical workflows, this is a rare opportunity to build and run the infrastructure that powers growth at scale. You’ll have strong executive visibility and direct ownership of pipeline, budget, and performance that shapes the strategy behind Diligent’s global demand engine across segments, solutions, and lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and operationalize GTM systems, from ICP definition to pipeline conversion
  • Design and run experiments across outbound, paid, and web using next-gen GTM tools
  • Automate AI workflows (e.g., Clay, Marketo, Outreach etc) to drive precision and speed
  • Own the Marketing data layer powering scoring, segmentation, and targeting
  • Partner with Growth, Ops, Data and Sales to align strategy and infrastructure
  • Build a modular tech stack that enables rapid testing and scale
  • Develop reporting and experimentation frameworks to drive a test-and-learn culture
  • Drive measurable improvements in funnel conversion rates, and efficiency
  • Ensure full-funnel visibility through integrated systems and data
  • Act as a strategic partner across cross-functional GTM teams and leadership to help define and scale a repeatable, AI-native growth motion at Diligent

Required Experience/Skills

  • Strong technical foundation in data engineering, rev ops, or growth systems
  • 3 to 5 yrs of experience in growth, operations, or data engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Marketo, Segment, Clearbit)
  • Proven ability to build systems that drive measurable pipeline and conversion
  • Deep analytical capability with experience designing experiments and interpreting funnel data
  • Comfort with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages (a plus)
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience aligning Marketing, Sales, and RevOps

Pay Range

$99,000 - $120,000 CAD
