  • Command multi-million-dollar budgets with a strategic taxonomy built to unlock scale, pivot quickly, and maintain precision even under intense growth targets.
  • Build and iterate keyword portfolios, ad copy frameworks, and audience segmentation plans that transform curiosity into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
  • Lead roadmaps for SEM related ad creative, extensions, and landing page experiments, ensuring every touchpoint is engineered for maximum impact and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize SEM and SEO strategies, including bid management, keyword targeting, content optimization, and performance forecasting to maximize traffic growth and ROI.

Performance Optimization

  • Serve as the SEM subject matter expert, staying ahead of trends, policies, and technologies to keep Diligent dominant – not just competitive.
  • Supercharge our ROAS by attracting higher value prospects by leveraging SA360 and advanced bidding strategies (rules, scripts, portfolio bidding) to optimize toward CPL, CAC, and LTV goals.
  • Monitor and refine performance across audiences, devices, and geographies to drive outcomes efficiently and scale spend with precision.
  • Conduct incrementality tests and lift studies to measure true channel impact and inform scaling decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, GA4, Tableau) to give leadership real-time performance visibility.
  • Improve campaign elasticity and find spend-performance equilibrium by stress-testing budgets, bids, and audiences to identify scaling points where incremental investment drives optimal ROI without diminishing returns.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on paid search, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success growing annual SEM budgets with measurable ROI – and can speak to how you did it.
  • Expertise in optimizing campaign taxonomy across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, including portfolio bidding and automation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with tools like Looker, GA4, Tableau, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and attribution modeling.

  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) domains including enterprise risk management (ERM), market disclosure obligations (MDO), and adjacent areas like ESG, audit, and board governance to effectively align SEM campaigns with Diligent’s solutions and buyer priorities.
