We’re looking for a strategic operator and creative leader—someone who has led product launches, built repeatable campaign frameworks, and partnered cross-functionally in a dynamic SaaS environment to bring integrated campaigns to life and align teams around a shared GTM vision. You’ll report to the Director of Solutions Marketing and work closely with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and content teams to drive coordinated go-to-market execution.

If you thrive in high-growth environments, take initiative, and are excited to shape how cutting-edge AI solutions show up in market, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that support new product launches, regional initiatives, and sales motions - with a strong focus on AI-powered innovation.
  • Campaign Development: Develop campaign briefs, frameworks, and timelines in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring each campaign aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with product marketing, field & events marketing, digital, content, and sales to build cohesive, persona-aligned campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the buyer journey.
  • Go-to-Market Content Creation: Build campaign-ready assets that support full-funnel execution and enable field activation—ranging from solution briefs, customer case studies, and pitch decks to website copy, video scripts, and sales outreach sequences.
  • Optimize & Scale: Monitor campaign performance in real time, identify opportunities to iterate, and scale successful motions with repeatable playbooks, standardized briefs, and campaign calendars.
  • Operational Excellence: Own and improve campaign processes, documentation, and planning cadences to drive alignment, efficiency, and speed to market across teams and regions.
  • Audience & Market Insights: Leverage buyer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy, refine messaging, and ensure relevance across segments, regions, and personas.
  • Performance Reporting & ROI: Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on campaign results—including pipeline impact, engagement metrics, and ROI—to inform stakeholders and guide future investment decisions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on integrated campaign development and execution—ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and a forward-thinking mindset for integrating AI into campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead full-funnel campaigns across global markets, diverse personas, and multi-channel execution.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling campaign frameworks aligned to business goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional experience working with product marketing, sales, demand generation, and content teams.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and how to map messaging and tactics across personas, industries, and regions.
  • Fluency with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Wrike, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills—with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities with high attention to detail.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization, collaborating across geographies and departments.
  • Exposure to governance, risk, or compliance industries or regulated verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or energy.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
