RFP Specialist
Here’s a summary of the role:
Diligent is seeking an RFP Specialist to join our Go-To-Market Readiness team, partnering with teams globally to deliver high-quality RFP responses that support renewals, expansion, and net new business opportunities across our GRC platform.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity and excels at bringing structure, clarity, and precision to fast-moving, deadline-driven work.
At Diligent, RFP Specialists are at the heart of how we respond to customer opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts across Security, Legal, Product, and Professional Services to develop compelling, accurate, and well-structured proposals that showcase the full value of our solutions.
If you’re driven by ownership, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and want to play a key role in shaping how we win and grow business — this is your next move.
This role is open to our offices in India, Ireland and Singapore. Regrettably we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the location you reside.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with 50% office-based work required
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Serve as a trusted partner to global Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting RFP responses that drive new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including requirements review, proposal planning, and execution aligned to deal strategy and customer priorities
- Act as the primary coordinator for cross-functional input across Security, Legal, Product, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure accurate, timely responses
- Develop, write, and tailor high-quality, client-focused proposals that clearly articulate value and position Diligent to win
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and maintain the RFP knowledge base, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of outputs
- Manage multiple concurrent RFPs in a fast-paced, global environment while driving accountability and meeting tight deadlines
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 1-2 years of RFP or proposal writing experience, ideally in a GRC, SaaS or technology environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Experience managing a high-volume workload
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Expected to work standard hours for the office location, with flexibility to join key team meetings
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills in English
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Experience working independently within a globally distributed team and across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with proposal management software
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience of collaboration tools such as Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience within GRC environments
