About the Role
We’re looking for teammates ready to take the next step as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you’ll act as a peer leader by helping solve complex cases, guiding teammates through tough scenarios, and escalating issues appropriately. You will champion best practices and help preserve our team's operational integrity for our Global Advocates, DDFB, and Elite’s line of business.
You will report to Milo Cuellar, Senior Team Lead, on our Subject Matter Expert team in our CXI organization.
