Senior Growth Marketing Manager

The Role:
We're hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact. This role will be a key strategic and executional leader—responsible for building and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs that increase awareness, accelerate pipeline, and deliver results.
As a senior member of the global marketing team, you will own our growth engine—from campaign architecture to performance optimization. You’ll report to the Director of Growth Marketing and partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and ops to drive GTM success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and social that align to GTM priorities and drive pipeline growth
- Translate audience insights and buyer journeys into compelling nurture flows, content strategies, and acquisition tactics
- Build, launch, and manage multi-step campaigns in HubSpot with rigorous testing, personalization, and optimization
- Partner with content and product marketing to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with campaign goals
Own the Growth Marketing Engine
- Act as HubSpot admin and lead—ensuring marketing automation drives lead capture, nurture, and conversion at scale
- Create segmented workflows based on persona, buying stage, and geography to accelerate MQL to SQL progression
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and SFDC Admin to ensure clean handoffs, campaign attribution, and reporting accuracy
- Continuously refine processes to support global campaign execution while maintaining operational excellence
Drive Website & Conversion Strategy
- Own CRO strategy across the website—analyzing GA4 and user behavior to improve conversion paths
- Launch and optimize high-converting landing pages aligned to campaign objectives
- Guide localization and expansion strategy for our multilingual sites to improve international engagement and lead capture
Own SEO & Organic Growth
- Partner with content to define and execute SEO strategies that support organic acquisition goals
- Implement technical SEO improvements and track their impact on rankings, traffic, and pipeline contribution
- Drive keyword research and optimization initiatives tied to key verticals and personas
Grow and Optimize Email Marketing
- Lead global email marketing strategy—from list management to segmentation to performance optimization
- Drive opt-in growth and email deliverability, maintaining compliance while increasing engagement
- Continuously A/B test to improve open rates, click-through rates, and nurture effectiveness
Champion Innovation & Growth Experimentation
- Evaluate new tools, tactics, and technologies that improve campaign performance, personalization, and speed to market
- Own structured growth experiments, define test hypotheses, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement
- Be a data-driven voice for innovation on the team—translating insights into action and scale
Paid performance management:
- Execute and manage campaigns through paid channels
- Expand our paid advertising channel mix and implement paid media strategies aligned to our ICP, across multiple segments and multiple products
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with exposure to hospitality or martech
- Proven success leading integrated growth campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue goals, across organic and paid channels
- Deep expertise with HubSpot (admin-level) and experience working with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRO, buyer journey mapping, and marketing analytics
- Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes, experimentation, and optimization
- Experience with AI tools and modern martech stack enhancements
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills across digital channels
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
