What You’ll Do:

As the Head of Product, you will define and execute the product strategy to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions for entrepreneurs. You will work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to create seamless experiences that align with our vision and empower users to succeed in their business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap by defining the long-term vision and aligning it with short-term goals.
• Lead product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and launch impactful features.
• Shape the user journey, ensuring intuitive, seamless, and delightful experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Leverage data and user feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
• Grow and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
• Define product KPIs, track performance, and iterate quickly to achieve business goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends and ensure Durable remains a leader in AI-powered business solutions.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience defining and executing product visions in a startup environment.
• Deep understanding of product metrics and using data to make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and aligning diverse teams.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric products.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern product management tools.
• Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
