The Overview:

We are looking for a talented Assistant Account Executive who thrives in supporting marketing plans and strategies. In this role, you will assist the team to develop marketing plans for a broad spectrum of event/experiential programs, as well as partnerships and influencer support.  

You are an individual who is Interested in working with our clients in building great events. You will work with a variety of clients and key partners (internal and external) to achieve client goals and objectives. We are looking for someone that is interested in brand marketing, event production, and is holistically interested in culture, lifestyle and entertainment, as well as someone who can actively research and stay on top of industry trends, headlines, and notable news for potential marketing opportunities.

In this role, you will gain comprehensive experience in a highly collaborative environment. This individual is able to ask the right questions, seek the information needed to get started on projects independently if needed. You should be able to multi-task several moving parts and prioritize multiple projects. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, an engaging personality, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and be a great team player.

The Fine Print:

  • Assist in the development and execution of experiential events, influencer, and marketing campaigns in support of a wide variety of clients across entertainment, lifestyle and sports
  • Assist Account Leads in building detailed client presentations and decks
  • Be part of the event execution teams, which includes being on site, helping with load-in, event management, load-outs, etc.
  • Lead creation of all pre and post event materials, including reports, and recaps for experiential and influencer programs
  • Assist in researching and building target lists of celebrity talent, athletes, influencers, content creators, etc. for client marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate in brainstorms for client’s new sponsorship properties and campaigns and provide support in turning ideas into cohesive plans
  • Assist with vendor management and payment, logistical planning, preparation of event documents to aid in execution/recapping, etc.
  • Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including clients, cross-agency partners, vendors, and properties
  • Provide administrative support including setting up meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed
  • Manage documents such as status reports and inventory tracking documents
  • Book travel arrangements and build detailed travel itineraries (air, hotel & ground transportation) for clients if needed

The Needs:

  • 1+ years of experience working in the entertainment industry or in an agency/client service setting preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent and resourceful researching skills
  • Passion for entertainment, film, pop culture, and celebrity & lifestyle culture and trends
  • Experience working with talent, production companies and agencies is strongly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in document writing, recaps, status reports, etc.
  • An ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Ability and flexibility to travel and work weekend/holidays as needed

Salary: $40,000-$45,000 annually

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
