Your role with us: 

As our first Marketing Performance Analyst, you'll drive our data-driven marketing strategies by providing insights on marketing spend across multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and paid advertising. You will monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics. You will be pivotal in helping us at a crucial stage of our growth by providing a significant impact on our data-driven journey. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our Marketing team's data management processes, influencing key marketing decisions, marketing campaign audits and contributing to the success of our organization. You'll get to use your problem-solving skills to analyse our current marketing spend, build reports and metrics from scratch and work very closely with on both Stake & Kick projects.

What you will do: 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Gathering, extracting and manipulating raw data from multiple data sources to pool the data to transaction cross checking and generate reporting for daily , weekly  & monthly performance tracking.
  • Insight Generation: Develop insights and trends from data analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Dashboards & Tools: Create and maintain dashboards and tools that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance. Script coding to improve the automation and data accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and business intelligence teams to align data analysis with overall business objectives.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in forecasting marketing performance and budgeting by providing data-driven insights.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support the marketing team and other stakeholders.

What you will bring: (our expectations for the role) 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years working as a Data Analyst within the Marketing/Payment/Finance/Operations sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, and SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong Google suite integration experience. 

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
  • Exposure to Netsuite
