Your role with us:
As a Marketing Support Agent, the primary function of the role would be handling all partnership enquiries and affiliate enquiries - this will be done by providing a human touch through personalised responses. You will monitor and take full ownership of this space while gaining full insight into day-to-day affiliate operations additionally providing support where necessary.
You will be reporting to an Affiliate Specialist who has been in this space for 4 years, where you will learn best practices while striving towards career progression within Easygo.

What you will do:
- Respond to all partnership emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve all affiliate-related enquiries and answer all product-related questions to
- ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day email communication and enquiries with partners.
- Ensure the average response time on all partnership emails is not more than 48 hours.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and company policies to accurately assist affiliates.
What you will bring:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or support role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
Bonus points if you also have:
- Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous
- Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous
