Your Role with Us:
In this role, you’ll analyse player data to detect signs of risky behaviour and ensure that the right measures are in place to support responsible gaming. You’ll monitor key player activity, review cases, and escalate concerns when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate guidance and assistance. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help implement responsible gaming procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your ability to interpret data and spot trends will be key in maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Staying informed about responsible gaming trends, particularly in Portuguese-speaking players, will also be an important part of your work.

What you will do:

  • Conducting risk reviews in identifying problem gambling markers of harm
  • Conducting high risk telephonic calls to customers experiencing effects of gambling harms
  • Escalations pertaining to responsible gambling from relevant stakeholders
  • Work together with AML & Account Management teams ensuring due diligence is carried out
  • Operating in an environment that requires 24/7 coverage (shift work will be required)
  • Translations: Conducting responsible gambling translations on an ad hoc basis


What you will bring:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing
  • 6+ months of experience in compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming
  • Strong data-interpretation skills 

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
